By powering full-service ad buying, management and insights, the AMP platform makes it easy for advertisers to reach people with smarter in-feed ads on Facebook and Twitter. Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with our VP of Media and partner with East Coast Director of Media to lead the Media Analytics team and support execution of Facebook and Twitter campaigns for clients

Analyze and optimize spending strategy for clients from many verticals, and provide guidance or direct intervention in high-leverage opportunities

Prioritize work and manage time effectively, and serve as a multiplier by driving Media Analysts to improve effectiveness and performance

Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead on a day-to-day basis. Be a strong cultural presence.

Build rapport with Facebook and Twitter representatives within existing client portfolio or verticals

Demonstrate and share expertise in both media strategy and client services.

Participate in cross-functional communication/planning with other departments, and facilitate client-related initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Product teams
Experience & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
-
5+ years in quantitative analysis or optimization in financial services, consulting, performance marketing, lead generation, or other quant/data driven fields

1+ years experience managing teams

Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis

Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment, comfortable with evolving role
Preferred experience:

Previous startup experience

Masters degree (MA, MBA)
