Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a boutique company near the city centre of Nottingham. You will be required to support the Director with all administration tasks, and liaise with clients based all around the UK, with a strong presence in London. Although this is an administrative role, you will be the first port of call over the phone for all clients, so you must have a fantastic, engaging telephone manner, and a bubbly, outgoing personality.

You will be responsible for payroll and raising invoices, so previous payroll and book keeping skills are preferred. Good I.T skills, especially Excel at an intermediate level are required. Candidates with strong administration and PA experience will be seriously considered.

In return, we will offer a 3 month temporary to permanent contract in a great working environment. For the first 3 months of the role, you will be paid weekly and be required to work 20 hours per week, on a flexible basis, with the likelihood of becoming full time when permanent.

The rate of pay is £6.50 per hour, plus holiday pay, with the option of a pay raise on becoming permanent.
