Looking to get in at the ground floor of an early stage startup? We’re looking for a hustler Account Manager to make a big impact in supporting the end-to-end job matchmaking process. From developing relationships with inbound customers, to sourcing and pre-screening candidates, to fielding customer inquiries, this position is central to helping our company partners grow their teams and our talent network land awesome jobs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Onboarding and engaging inbound companies looking to hire for talent
• Pre-screening and identifying top candidates for specific job openings
• Supporting customers through the hiring process and fielding customer inquiries/issues
• Tracking performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Identifying and executing on process improvements to the account management process
