Sales Development will lead new customer prospecting, qualification, and outreach to engage relevant prospects and introduce the Ampush value proposition to help them succeed. Leading Sales Development Reps have the opportunity to grow into sales within 12-18 months making this a leading launch point to a successful sales career.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of prospecting outreach to create qualified leads for sales
• Collaborate with an assigned sales team to develop and implement world class prospecting strategies by customer vertical and segment
• Conduct needs assessments calls and schedule solutions presentations for assigned sales reps

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience prospecting and engaging customers through cold outreach (ideally in Ad Tech)
• Ability to powerfully and briefly articulate the Ampush story while translating the value proposition to the prospect’s business opportunity
• Strong ability to overcome objections to achieve objectives
• Understanding of mobile, social, and/or performance advertising required
• Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
• An extreme attention to detail with an ability to document requirements and manage process to completion
• Tremendous energy, passion, and drive to succeed. Strong sense of humor and enjoy winning as a team
• Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving start-up environment
