We’re looking for a Publisher Operations – Account Director to be responsible for growing our supply-side partnerships. We have partnered with huge publishers such as CBS, FoxNews, Forbes, CNN and many more. This person will facilitate stronger relationships and conduct highly strategic and deeply operational conversations with our clients and partners. Our Publisher Operations team is focused on maximizing the value of all supply-side inventory and delivery of advertiser budgets. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of satisfaction among our clients. By doing this, we will change how Publishers, Advertisers and Users think about mobile ads. That’s the stuff that is beyond year one.

Create an operating plan for key accounts to identify areas for growth, set goals to execute against that plan
Grow client relationships with publishers and position Yieldmo as their primary mobile revenue partner
Execute a metrics driven approach: analyze creative & campaign results for optimizing performance, identify new business and product opportunities, and prioritize A/B testing of publisher placements
Facilitate communication: lead publisher implementation kickoff calls with ad operations / engineers for both mobile web and SDK, improve the product and processes around on-boarding, and troubleshoot and escalate issues related to technical integration
Present quarterly business reviews and new product developments to client executive teams composed of Product, Sales and Operations.
Realistically, we need someone who has had several years of client-facing experience. We believe someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field, plus one year of experience in the field will accelerate this person’s success. Most important is this person have excellent presentation and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and professional conduct while conducting agency business. If you pull all this off you’ll unlock more revenue for our partners, and make a significant contribution towards building Yieldmo into a world-class advertising company.
While this is all of the Year One and Beyond stuff, Day One is pretty good too. These are things like compensation, the company, the people, the office dog and the location. However, none of of this matters unless “year one and beyond” makes career sense for you.
